Marcelo Casabene, el Vicedecano, Esp. Esteban Arias, la Secretaria de Extensi\u00f3n Universitaria de la UNSL, Esp. Hilda Maggi, la Secretaria de Investigaci\u00f3n y Posgrado, Mgtr. Silvina Galetto; autoridades municipales, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n, representantes del Colegio Profesional de Servicio Social de la Provincia de San Luis; familiares de v\u00edctimas de la \u00faltima Dictadura C\u00edvico-Militar, ex detenidos, testigos y declarantes en los Juicios por Lesa Humanidad de nuestra Provincia; docentes y estudiantes de nuestra Facultad y p\u00fablico en general.<\/p>\n<p>La apertura y presentaci\u00f3n de los autores Bel\u00e9n D\u00e1vila Belzunce y Norberto Foresti, estuvo a cargo de la Secretaria de Extensi\u00f3n Universitaria, Lic. \u00a0Elizabeth Magallanes y del Doctor Alberto Mariani.<\/p>\n<p>Los autores se refirieron al libro, no como una novela, sino como un documento hist\u00f3rico testimonial de todo el trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n y del proceso judicial hasta llegar a ser considerado como un homicidio de Lesa Humanidad fraguado por las fuerzas represoras que actuaban en San Luis, para secuestrar y asesinar al militante Ra\u00fal Sebasti\u00e1n Cobos, hecho ocurrido el 20 de septiembre de 1976 y perpetrado por la Dictadura Militar en la ciudad de San Luis, m\u00e1s precisamente en el Barrio Jard\u00edn Sucre.<\/p>\n<p>Este juicio finaliz\u00f3 con la condena a prisi\u00f3n perpetua e inhabilitaci\u00f3n absoluta perpetua, como autores mediatos, de Luciano Benjam\u00edn Men\u00e9ndez, Miguel \u00c1ngel Fern\u00e1ndez Gez, Ra\u00fal Benjam\u00edn L\u00f3pez, Carlos Esteban Pla y Armando Nicol\u00e1s Mart\u00ednez; y a 7 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n por el encubrimiento del homicidio agravado, al oficial auxiliar que confeccion\u00f3 el Sumario N\u00ba 481\u00a0 Enrique Ortuvia Salinas.<\/p>\n<p>En el cierre de la presentaci\u00f3n se pudieron escuchar, en formato de video, los sentidos testimonios de la esposa e hija de Ra\u00fal Cobos, quienes huyeron del pa\u00eds despu\u00e9s del asesinato y residen en el extranjero desde entonces.<\/p>\n<p>Este encuentro fue organizado por la Secretar\u00eda de Extensi\u00f3n Universitaria de la FCEJS y cont\u00f3 con el acompa\u00f1amiento de una muestra de grabados de V\u00edctor Rafael Ruiz.<\/p>\n<div class=\"gmedia_gallery phantom_module is_bot\" id=\"GmediaGallery_66\" data-gmid=\"66\" data-module=\"phantom\"><style type='text\/css' class='gmedia_module_style_import'>@import url('https:\/\/www.fcejs.unsl.edu.ar\/wp-content\/plugins\/grand-media\/module\/phantom\/css\/style.css') all;<\/style>    <div class=\"gmPhantom_Container noLightbox\" >\r\n                <div class=\"gmPhantom_thumbsWrapper gmPhantom_ThumbScale gmPhantom_LabelHover\">\r\n                        <div class=\"gmPhantom_ThumbContainer gmPhantom_ThumbLoader\" data-id=\"877\" data-post_id=\"7605\" data-ratio=\"1.5\" data-type=\"image\" data-ext=\"jpg\" data-views=\"13\" data-likes=\"0\" data-cc=\"0\" data-post_link=\"https:\/\/www.fcejs.unsl.edu.ar\/index.php\/gmedia\/quien_mat_a_cobos-_del_enga_o_a_la_verdad_20_-jpg\/\">\r\n                <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fcejs.unsl.edu.ar\/wp-content\/grand-media\/image\/Quien_mat_a_Cobos._Del_enga_o_a_la_verdad_20_.jpg\" class=\"gmPhantom_Thumb\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fcejs.unsl.edu.ar\/wp-content\/grand-media\/image\/thumb\/Quien_mat_a_Cobos._Del_enga_o_a_la_verdad_20_.jpg\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.fcejs.unsl.edu.ar\/wp-content\/grand-media\/image\/Quien_mat_a_Cobos._Del_enga_o_a_la_verdad_20_.jpg\" alt=\"Quien Mat\u00f3 A Cobos.
