{"id":26404,"date":"2026-10-07T11:51:22","date_gmt":"2026-10-07T14:51:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fcejs.unsl.edu.ar\/?p=26404"},"modified":"2026-10-07T12:04:36","modified_gmt":"2026-10-07T15:04:36","slug":"roberto-tato-iglesias-compartio-una-jornada-de-educacion-popular-en-la-unsl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fcejs.unsl.edu.ar\/index.php\/roberto-tato-iglesias-compartio-una-jornada-de-educacion-popular-en-la-unsl\/","title":{"rendered":"Roberto &#8220;Tato\u201d Iglesias comparti\u00f3 una jornada de Educaci\u00f3n Popular en la UNSL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">El pasado 28 de septiembre se realiz\u00f3 el <strong>Taller de Educaci\u00f3n Popular: con sujetos y saberes en territorio<\/strong>, un conversatorio a cargo del profesor Roberto \u201cTato\u201d Iglesias, que tuvo lugar de manera presencial en el Aula 19 del Campus Universitario de la Universidad Nacional de San Luis (UNSL).<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">La propuesta fue organizada por las asignaturas Educaci\u00f3n y Trabajo Social, Planificaci\u00f3n Social y Arte como Herramienta Terap\u00e9utica de la Facultad de Ciencias Econ\u00f3micas, Jur\u00eddicas y Sociales (FCEJS-UNSL), junto con Pedagog\u00eda Especial y Educaci\u00f3n Rural de la Universidad Nacional de Villa Mercedes (UNViMe).<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">El encuentro incluy\u00f3 un espacio de debate grupal coordinado por docentes e integrantes de la Escuela Trashumante, donde se compartieron reflexiones y experiencias en torno a la Educaci\u00f3n Popular y su aporte a la construcci\u00f3n de saberes colectivos. La jornada tambi\u00e9n cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de la cantautora Guadalupe Mediavilla.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">La <strong>Dra. Sonia Pereyra<\/strong>, docente de la FCEJS y una de las organizadoras de la actividad, destac\u00f3 que el encuentro busc\u00f3 recuperar la pr\u00e1ctica de la Educaci\u00f3n Popular que representa y milita Tato Iglesias, como disc\u00edpulo del maestro Paulo Freire. En este sentido, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la importancia de generar espacios para interpelar la realidad, revisar los propios pensamientos, debatir y poner en com\u00fan ideas desde el \u201csentipensar\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">La propuesta apunt\u00f3 as\u00ed a comprender el presente y sus distintas problem\u00e1ticas sociales, econ\u00f3micas y pol\u00edticas, al tiempo que permiti\u00f3 pensar colectivamente otros horizontes posibles desde la resistencia, la memoria, la esperanza y la amorosidad.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Roberto \u201cTato\u201d Iglesias<\/strong> es educador popular, pensador, militante social, escritor, soci\u00f3logo y docente universitario, reconocido como referente de la Educaci\u00f3n Popular en Am\u00e9rica Latina. Es integrante cofundador de la Universidad Trashumante, experiencia nacida en la Universidad Nacional de San Luis como proyecto de extensi\u00f3n y que luego se consolid\u00f3 como una propuesta itinerante de Educaci\u00f3n Popular.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">La Universidad Trashumante recorr\u00eda distintos lugares del pa\u00eds a bordo del colectivo \u201cEl Quirquincho\u201d, trasladando a docentes, estudiantes, artistas y trabajadores de la cultura popular para encontrarse con comunidades, conocer sus realidades, compartir saberes y construir colectivamente sue\u00f1os y proyectos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Desde esta perspectiva, Iglesias sostiene la necesidad de pensar la transformaci\u00f3n social desde el pueblo y junto al pueblo, recuperando la historia, la resistencia, la identidad y las memorias como elementos para imaginar futuros posibles y construir una sociedad m\u00e1s justa y digna.<\/p>\n<p>La jornada permiti\u00f3 recuperar parte de esa experiencia y abrir un espacio de intercambio entre estudiantes, docentes e integrantes de organizaciones vinculadas a la Educaci\u00f3n Popular, reafirmando el valor de la universidad como lugar de
