El Terrorismo de Estado como cosa de hombre\u201d<\/em><\/strong>, del <strong>Dr. Santiago Gara\u00f1o<\/strong>, editado por el<strong> Fondo de Cultura Econ\u00f3mica<\/strong>. La actividad se realiz\u00f3 el viernes 27 de marzo en el marco de las Jornadas \u201cElegimos Memoria\u201d.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"813\" data-end=\"1096\">El encuentro se desarroll\u00f3 bajo modalidad h\u00edbrida, con asistencia presencial en el Instituto Escuela de Econom\u00eda, Negocios y Transferencia Tecnol\u00f3gica de Villa Mercedes y participaci\u00f3n virtual a trav\u00e9s de la plataforma Zoom, lo que permiti\u00f3 ampliar el alcance a numerosos asistentes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1098\" data-end=\"1682\">Durante la exposici\u00f3n central, el Dr. Santiago Gara\u00f1o, licenciado y doctor en Antropolog\u00eda por la Universidad de Buenos Aires e investigador del CONICET, present\u00f3 los resultados de sus investigaciones sobre el Terrorismo de Estado en Argentina, con foco en el Operativo Independencia realizado en Tucum\u00e1n en 1975. El an\u00e1lisis abord\u00f3 una perspectiva innovadora al examinar las dimensiones emocionales y afectivas que habilitaron el ejercicio de la represi\u00f3n ilegal, destacando la construcci\u00f3n de un clima basado en sentimientos como el odio y la venganza dentro de las Fuerzas Armadas.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1684\" data-end=\"2145\">La actividad fue coordinada por el Esp. Esteban Gabriel Arias, director del Departamento de Ciencias Sociales, y cont\u00f3 con la organizaci\u00f3n de la Secretar\u00eda de Extensi\u00f3n Universitaria de la FCEJS, el equipo de investigaci\u00f3n PROICO \u201cPol\u00edticas de desarrollo en la provincia de San Luis. El discurso de la \u00e9poca en su subjetividad y el lazo social\u201d, y las c\u00e1tedras de Antropolog\u00eda Social y Cultural, Estructura Social Argentina, Sociolog\u00eda y Sociolog\u00eda de la Salud.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2147\" data-end=\"2502\">Desde la organizaci\u00f3n destacaron que el estudio constituye un aporte para la formaci\u00f3n de profesionales en la investigaci\u00f3n de hechos vinculados al Terrorismo de Estado, tanto a nivel provincial como nacional. El conversatorio concluy\u00f3 con un espacio de intercambio que fortaleci\u00f3 el v\u00ednculo entre la producci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica y la administraci\u00f3n de justicia.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2504\" data-end=\"2841\">Participaron del encuentro el jefe provincial de Derechos y Garant\u00edas Constitucionales, Marcelo Ju\u00e1rez; el jefe de Sub \u00c1rea de Derechos Humanos, Javier Aguirre; la procuradora de la Provincia de San Luis, Bel\u00e9n Pereyra Sosa; la licenciada en Trabajo Social Nadia Britos; y Jorge Penalva, del \u00e1rea de Derechos Humanos sede Villa
