{"id":24041,"date":"2026-03-26T10:39:50","date_gmt":"2026-03-26T13:39:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fcejs.unsl.edu.ar\/?p=24041"},"modified":"2026-05-19T09:30:23","modified_gmt":"2026-05-19T12:30:23","slug":"conmemoracion-del-dia-del-sindrome-de-down-en-la-unsl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fcejs.unsl.edu.ar\/index.php\/conmemoracion-del-dia-del-sindrome-de-down-en-la-unsl\/","title":{"rendered":"Conmemoraci\u00f3n del D\u00eda del S\u00edndrome de Down en la UNSL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"135\" data-end=\"500\">En el marco de la conmemoraci\u00f3n del <strong data-start=\"171\" data-end=\"220\">21 de marzo, D\u00eda Mundial del S\u00edndrome de Down<\/strong>, el <strong data-start=\"225\" data-end=\"275\">Campus Universitario Villa Mercedes de la UNSL<\/strong> recibi\u00f3 la visita de estudiantes con s\u00edndrome de Down de la <strong data-start=\"336\" data-end=\"411\">Asociaci\u00f3n de Protecci\u00f3n y Ayuda al Discapacitado (APAD) Villa Mercedes<\/strong>, quienes compartieron una jornada laboral con docentes y nodocentes de ambas facultades.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"502\" data-end=\"956\">Esta actividad, denominada <strong data-start=\"529\" data-end=\"549\">\u201cUn d\u00eda siendo\u2026\u201d<\/strong>, tuvo como finalidad que estudiantes de APAD conocieran diferentes tareas que se realizan en espacios laborales de la UNSL en una jornada de trabajo habitual. Fueron recibidos por la <strong data-start=\"733\" data-end=\"759\">vicedecana de la FCEJS<\/strong>, Esp. Patricia Mor\u00e1n, junto a las y los docentes <strong data-start=\"809\" data-end=\"835\">Lic. Victoria Giuliani<\/strong> y <strong data-start=\"838\" data-end=\"859\">Ing. Ariel Savini<\/strong>, integrantes del <strong data-start=\"877\" data-end=\"955\">Programa Universidad y Discapacidad de la Universidad Nacional de San Luis<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"502\" data-end=\"1170\">En diciembre de 2011, la <strong data-start=\"983\" data-end=\"1026\">Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas<\/strong> design\u00f3 este d\u00eda simb\u00f3lico porque la fecha (el d\u00eda 21 del mes 3) evoca la trisom\u00eda del par 21 que da origen al denominado <strong data-start=\"1149\" data-end=\"1169\">s\u00edndrome de Down<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1172\" data-end=\"1415\">Este s\u00edndrome es una alteraci\u00f3n gen\u00e9tica ocasionada por la presencia de un tercer cromosoma en el par 21, que fue descubierta en 1959 por el investigador franc\u00e9s <strong data-start=\"1334\" data-end=\"1352\">J\u00e9r\u00f4me Lejeune<\/strong>, considerado uno de los referentes en el campo de la gen\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1417\" data-end=\"1743\">Mediante esta conmemoraci\u00f3n se busca promover la conciencia social, enfatizando la necesidad de crear condiciones propicias para el desarrollo integral de las personas con s\u00edndrome de Down, asegurando un \u00f3ptimo nivel de autonom\u00eda, independencia individual y la capacidad de tomar decisiones personales a lo largo de sus vidas.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1417\"
