{"id":22807,"date":"2025-11-27T12:37:13","date_gmt":"2025-11-27T15:37:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fcejs.unsl.edu.ar\/?p=22807"},"modified":"2025-12-03T09:10:27","modified_gmt":"2025-12-03T12:10:27","slug":"simulacion-de-juicio-oral-penal-como-evaluacion-final-en-abogacia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fcejs.unsl.edu.ar\/index.php\/simulacion-de-juicio-oral-penal-como-evaluacion-final-en-abogacia\/","title":{"rendered":"Simulaci\u00f3n de Juicio Oral Penal como evaluaci\u00f3n final en Abogac\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"167\" data-end=\"444\">El pasado viernes 21 de noviembre, en el Instituto Escuela de Econom\u00eda y Negocios, docentes de la asignatura <em data-start=\"276\" data-end=\"310\">Pr\u00e1ctica de los Procesos Penales<\/em> perteneciente a la carrera de Abogac\u00eda llevaron a cabo una evaluaci\u00f3n final consistente en la representaci\u00f3n de un Juicio Oral Penal.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"446\" data-end=\"662\">El objetivo de la evaluaci\u00f3n fue la formaci\u00f3n en t\u00e9cnicas de litigio adversarial para contribuir a la mejora de los sistemas judiciales penales basados en la oralidad, la concentraci\u00f3n, la inmediatez y la publicidad.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"664\" data-end=\"865\">Los estudiantes desempe\u00f1aron los roles de fiscales y defensores conforme a sistemas penales adversariales, en los cuales los equipos fueron evaluados en funci\u00f3n de las t\u00e9cnicas de litigaci\u00f3n aplicadas.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"867\" data-end=\"1007\">Participaron en calidad de jueces los\/las doctores\/as <strong data-start=\"921\" data-end=\"950\">Leandro Kunusch Ribichini<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"952\" data-end=\"981\">Carlos Felipe D\u00edaz Lannes<\/strong> y <strong data-start=\"984\" data-end=\"1006\">Stefan\u00eda Cifuentes<\/strong>.\u00a0El equipo docente est\u00e1 integrado por los\/las abogados\/as <strong data-start=\"1066\" data-end=\"1093\">Diego Leonardo Castillo<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1095\" data-end=\"1121\">H\u00e9ctor Alfredo L\u00e1zzari<\/strong> y <strong data-start=\"1124\" data-end=\"1147\">Nayla Cabrera Mu\u00f1oz<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"867\" data-end=\"1007\">Los estudiantes que cursaron la asignatura tuvieron como actividad evaluativa la participaci\u00f3n en la simulaci\u00f3n del juicio oral o la participaci\u00f3n en el Concurso Nacional Universitario de Litigaci\u00f3n Penal que se desarroll\u00f3 en la ciudad de Mar del Plata los d\u00edas 03 al 07 de noviembre: Altaba Monett Yuliana, Arce Claribel, Benitez Ana Luz, Ceballos Karen G\u00e9nesis, Diaz Kemmerer Maria Victoria, Enriz Aldana Belen, Flores Maria Paz, Lucero Camila, Monasterio Gutierrez Nicolas, Montenegro Giuliana, Quevedo Villon Brian Alexis Catriel, Quiroga Durelli Florencia, Quiroga Maria Trinidad, Raguso Gisela, Rosero Brigith Carolina, Smaldone Magdalena, Torres Camila Celeste, Villegas Luisina, Zalazar Gianella, Z\u00e1rate Luna y Zelaya Aris Leandro.<br \/>\nComo entrenadora del equipo de litigaci\u00f3n de la UNSL particip\u00f3 la <strong>Ab.
