{"id":22792,"date":"2025-11-27T11:47:50","date_gmt":"2025-11-27T14:47:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fcejs.unsl.edu.ar\/?p=22792"},"modified":"2025-11-27T11:47:50","modified_gmt":"2025-11-27T14:47:50","slug":"formacion-profesional-estudiantes-participaron-de-capacitacion-en-el-colegio-de-abogados-y-procuradores-de-villa-mercedes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fcejs.unsl.edu.ar\/index.php\/formacion-profesional-estudiantes-participaron-de-capacitacion-en-el-colegio-de-abogados-y-procuradores-de-villa-mercedes\/","title":{"rendered":"Formaci\u00f3n profesional: estudiantes participaron de capacitaci\u00f3n en el Colegio de Abogados y Procuradores de Villa Mercedes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Estudiantes de cuarto a\u00f1o de la carrera de Abogac\u00eda de la FCEJS participaron de la jornada de perfeccionamiento <em data-start=\"234\" data-end=\"295\">\u201cColegiaci\u00f3n legal y regulaci\u00f3n disciplinar de la abogac\u00eda\u201d<\/em>, realizada el pasado 17 de noviembre en la sede del Colegio de Abogados y Procuradores de Villa Mercedes.<\/p>\n<p>La actividad tuvo como prop\u00f3sito profundizar, desde una perspectiva situada, el conocimiento de los marcos legales y \u00e9ticos que regulan el ejercicio profesional de la abogac\u00eda, favorecer el acercamiento de los futuros graduados a las instituciones colegiales y, en particular, al Tribunal de \u00c9tica del Colegio de Abogados de Villa Mercedes, y promover la reflexi\u00f3n cr\u00edtica entre estudiantes, docentes y autoridades colegialistas acerca de los desaf\u00edos actuales en torno a la \u00e9tica profesional y la colegiaci\u00f3n legal.<\/p>\n<p>El encuentro fue organizado de manera conjunta por la c\u00e1tedra \u00c9tica Profesional de la carrera de Abogac\u00eda y el Colegio de Abogados y Procuradores de Villa Mercedes.<br data-start=\"1087\" data-end=\"1090\" \/>La delegaci\u00f3n de la FCEJS \u2014integrada por las docentes Mar\u00eda Amelia Marchisone y Aldana Romano, y estudiantes del curso\u2014 fue recibida por la presidenta del Colegio, Abog. Noelia Coniglio, quien brind\u00f3 una contextualizaci\u00f3n sobre la situaci\u00f3n de la profesi\u00f3n en la provincia y los desaf\u00edos que enfrenta la colegiaci\u00f3n en un escenario jur\u00eddico y social en transformaci\u00f3n.<br data-start=\"1458\" data-end=\"1461\" \/>Posteriormente, la Abog. Ray\u00e9n \u00c1lvarez present\u00f3 la misi\u00f3n institucional y las principales funciones del Colegio, destacando su rol en la defensa del ejercicio profesional y en el fortalecimiento de la calidad del servicio jur\u00eddico a la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, la Abog. Valeria Imberti, integrante del Tribunal de \u00c9tica, ofreci\u00f3 una exposici\u00f3n sobre el procedimiento disciplinario, jurisprudencia relevante y dilemas \u00e9ticos frecuentes que afrontan los profesionales del derecho. El intercambio con los estudiantes permiti\u00f3 vincular los contenidos del curso con problem\u00e1ticas reales del ejercicio profesional y el control disciplinario.<br data-start=\"2099\" data-end=\"2102\" \/>La jornada concluy\u00f3 con la entrega a cada estudiante de un ejemplar de la Ley de Colegiaci\u00f3n de la Provincia de San Luis, como material de estudio para el cierre del curso y para su futura pr\u00e1ctica profesional.<\/p>\n<p>La actividad fue valorada positivamente por quienes participaron, tanto por la posibilidad de conocer el funcionamiento institucional del
