El acto se llev\u00f3 a cabo el viernes 27 de junio en la ciudad de Mar del Plata, con la participaci\u00f3n de autoridades de universidades nacionales de todo el pa\u00eds.<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Por la UNSL, rubric\u00f3 el acuerdo el Mgtr. H\u00e9ctor\u202fFlores, vicerrector a cargo del Rectorado, formalizando as\u00ed la incorporaci\u00f3n de la Universidad al Programa PUENTES.<\/p>\n<p>La comitiva institucional de la UNSL estuvo encabezada por la Esp. Ana\u202fMar\u00eda Garraza, coordinadora institucional de Derechos Humanos, y cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n del Abog. Alejandro Villar, director ejecutivo del Consejo Provincial de Coordinaci\u00f3n con el Sistema Universitario y Cient\u00edfico; el Lic. Juan Manuel Pad\u00edn, subsecretario de Relaciones Internacionales e Interjurisdiccionales; y el Lic. Dami\u00e1n Ledesma, director provincial de Relaciones Interjurisdiccionales.<\/p>\n<p>El encuentro reafirm\u00f3 el compromiso con la universidad p\u00fablica como pilar del desarrollo, la movilidad social y la construcci\u00f3n de ciudadan\u00eda. En ese marco, se destac\u00f3 la necesidad de profundizar las pol\u00edticas de integraci\u00f3n territorial, garantizando que el derecho a la educaci\u00f3n superior llegue a todos los rincones del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, se defini\u00f3 una agenda com\u00fan de investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica orientada a responder a desaf\u00edos sociales y productivos, estructurada en cinco ejes estrat\u00e9gicos: energ\u00eda y transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica; acceso y manejo de recursos h\u00eddricos; salud, con foco en cannabis y dengue\u2013arbovirus; cambio clim\u00e1tico y ambiente; y empleo y juventud.<\/p>\n<p>En un contexto nacional de desfinanciamiento de la ciencia y las universidades, la Provincia de Buenos Aires reafirma su decisi\u00f3n pol\u00edtica de sostener e impulsar la educaci\u00f3n superior p\u00fablica, fortaleciendo la cooperaci\u00f3n entre el Estado provincial, las universidades nacionales y el sistema cient\u00edfico-tecnol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n<p><img
